Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

JOB DESCRIPTION
Jones & Dyer, A Professional Corporation is seeking to expand its practice with the addition of a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years' experience in drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, taking depositions, court and trial experience, and conducting legal research. Attorneys who have recently been admitted to or are awaiting bar results are encouraged to apply. However, a formal job offer will be contingent upon bar admittance.

This position offers the opportunity to work on every aspect of a case from the start and gain substantial litigation experience over a wide range of practice areas including: Agriculture Litigation, Business Litigation, Insurance Defense, Public Entity, and Civil Litigation. Candidates with a connection to insurance, agriculture, or public entities are preferred.
