Civil Litigation Attorney

The ideal candidate for this role will be optimistic, dedicated, and a natural problem solver with a demonstrated understanding of the litigation process and experience in:

• Case Strategy: Developing and executing strategies for a variety of business, construction, and real estate disputes.
• Docket Management: Handling all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation disputes, dispute resolution, mediation, complex motion practice, and preparing for and conducting trial.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Regularly handling contested hearings and depositions (taking and defending).
• Client Relationship Management: Embodying our values of utmost client care and expeditious response time by consulting directly with clients to address legal needs and provide clear, candid guidance.
• Superior Work-Product: Conducting meticulous legal research and drafting complex pleadings, motions, and briefs that reflect the highest level of precision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,708.55 - $100,810.29 per year
