Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, client communications, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners; manage your own caseload depending on experience.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Meet 1850 billable hours annually; bonus eligible above this threshold.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to ensure high-quality legal service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership required.
• 1–8 years of civil litigation experience (defense preferred; strong plaintiff-side candidates will also be considered).
• Trial experience or a strong interest in trial work.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Stable employment history.

Preferred:

• Located in or near San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid/remote flexibility).
• Experience managing cases independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
