About Us:
At Hurst Limontes LLC, we believe that our Clients matter & our People matter. Our firm represents individuals and families across Indiana who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own. We are a team driven by purpose, integrity, and compassion — and we’re looking for a Litigation Paralegal who embodies those same values.
If you’re someone who thrives on teamwork, takes initiative, and wants to make a difference in people’s lives every day, this is the place for you.
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
· Draft and proofread legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence.
· Organize and maintain case files, both electronically and in physical format
· Conduct legal research and summarize findings

· Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
· Track case deadlines and ensure timely filing of all legal documents
· Provide general administrative support to attorneys
Qualifications:
· Associates degree or Paralegal Certified
· Previous experience as a paralegal Preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Compensation:
· Salary is negotiable based on experience.
· Bonuses are Offered.
· 401(k) and 401(k) matching available after 90 days.
· Vision insurance provided upon hire.
· Paid time off available after 90 days.
Office Hours:
