Civil Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an Civil Maintenance Engineer with Min 6+ years of UAE Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and civil infrastructure to assess conditions and identify maintenance needs.
• Perform or supervise repair and maintenance tasks including masonry, concrete patching, tiling, roofing, plastering, waterproofing, and painting.
• Ensure all civil works comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance and civil works.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, work orders, and maintenance logs.
• Respond to urgent repair requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Support renovation and remodeling projects by providing civil engineering expertise.
• Review and approve material specifications and technical drawings related to civil work.
• Ensure minimal disruption to facility operations during maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in building maintenance or civil engineering (typically 3–5 years for mid-level roles).
• Strong understanding of building systems, civil materials, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
