MEP Foreman

• Overseeing daily MEP activities and manage site technicians and subcontractors.
• Interpreting and implementing MEP drawings and specifications accurately.
• Ensuring timely execution of MEP works in coordination with other trades.
• Monitoring material usage and prevent wastage.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Resolving technical issues and escalate major concerns to the Site Engineer.
• Maintaining daily work logs and submit progress reports.
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Coordinating with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of materials.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.

Civil Foreman

• Plan, Implement and manage construction tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Manage and monitor - project, attendance, and work schedule.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
• Supervise, train workers and tradespeople and give feedback.
• Receiving of site instructions directly from client/consultant, proper recording and transmitting to employer.
• Resolve problems when they arise.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Keeping a record of site diary, site instruction book and incident reports including regular updating as per agreed schedule.
• Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
• Implementing of site instruction as per agreement with employer after approval.
• Oversee all works undertaken by subcontractors, ensuring workmanship and progress as per agreed standards and programs.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Foreman in fit-out/interior contracting companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works (joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and MEP coordination).
• Ability to read drawings and supervise works accordingly.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices.
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).

Education

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent in Civil/Interior/Architectural field.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
