Civil Multi-technician (carpenter , Mason, painter ) with uae experience

Location: UAE

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out carpentry works including:
• Door and cabinet fixing
• Wooden partitions, shelves, and minor joinery works
• Perform masonry works such as:
• Block work, plastering, tiling, and minor concrete repairs
• Wall chasing and patching after MEP works
• Execute painting works including:
• Surface preparation (putty, sanding, priming)
• Interior and exterior painting (roller & spray)
• Touch-up and finishing works
• Handle civil maintenance and fit-out works for residential, commercial, and retail projects
• Read and follow basic drawings and instructions
• Ensure work is completed as per safety standards and quality requirements
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other technicians
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and safe

Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience as a Civil Multi-Technician
• Skilled in carpentry, masonry, and painting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to work on site
• UAE driving license is an advantage (if required)
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
