Work Expectations

• Document Preparation: Printing and organizing legal documents for service.
• Flexible Hours: Work hours vary and may include early mornings, regular business hours, and evenings.
• Due Diligence Protocol: Process servers are expected to make service attempts during the following time frames:
• Before 8:00 AM
• Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• After 5:00 PM
• Service of Process: Civil process servers are responsible for the in-person delivery of court documents.
• Affidavit Completion: After successful or attempted service, servers must accurately complete and submit affidavits of service.
• Requirements:
• Access to a printer and scanner
• A reliable personal vehicle to perform job duties

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
