Restrictions :

• Must be civil Engineer with min 10 years experience
• Must have valid transferable Iqama,Ready to Work in Site office ( Alama Project -AL Wajh City )
• Must have ERP experience ( SAP or Oracle )

He will be responsible for :Procurement Managers handle the procurement of goods and services for a company, ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Developing and implementing procurement strategiesProcuring, managing, and sourcing goods\Services for a company. Client agreement contract base driven procurement strategy.

Devising sourcing strategies.Negotiating with subcontractors , suppliers and vendors.Identifying procurement needs.Researching potential suppliers \ subcontractors .

Managing supplier relationships ( Procure to Pay Process ) .Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.Analyzing market trends.Assessing supplier performance.Contributing to strategic planning with the planning team. Identifying new potential suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing onesOverseeing the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documentsManaging and controlling procurement budget and organizational spendingReviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchasedManaging inventories and ensuring that product stock levels are maintainedEnsuring compliance with procurement policies and regulationsPerforming risk management for supply contracts and agreementsCollaborating with other departments to ensure contracts, purchases and other agreements align with company goals
