Civil Project Manager
Job Description:
Job Requirements:
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects from inception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, maintaining accurate records
- Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to specifications and standards

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid (home/office) arrangement
