Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, cost control, resource management, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract specifications and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil project activities from mobilization to final handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, and client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor workforce.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Control project costs and monitor variations, claims, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and final handover process.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of UAE/GCC experience in construction projects, with at least 3–5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Experience in industrial projects, warehouses, oil storage terminals, pipelines, or infrastructure developments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority requirements.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale civil projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil Engineering : 6 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Civil Certificates (Preferred)
