Civil / Repair & Maintenance Supervisor

• Assist in BOQ preparation, designing, and development of civil projects.
  
• Support in hiring, coordination, and supervision of civil contractors .
  
• Manage site execution, quality and quantity surveys , ensuring timely completion of works.
  
• Handle procurement of materials , market surveys, and vendor negotiations.
  
• Oversee repair and maintenance of all building infrastructure.
  
• Conduct site inspections , verify contractor bills, and ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards.
  
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with management on project activities.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in civil maintenance or construction supervision .
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
  
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) layouts is a plus.
  
• Experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D) is a plus.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
