Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee land development works including leveling, roads, sewerage, and utilities.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with LDA, DHA, and provincial authority regulations.
• Liaise with government departments for approvals, NOCs, and inspections.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, feasibility studies, and progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registration preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in land development projects.
• Strong connections with LDA/DHA and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Excellent project management and site supervision skills.
• Knowledge of infrastructure design, drawings, and execution.
