Civil Sales Engineer

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Promote and sell civil products such as structural steel, concrete solutions, and facade systems to contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the local market.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure proper product application and client satisfaction.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to provide technical support.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales of civil products (steel, concrete, facade, or related materials).
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is a must.
  • UPDA certification is an advantage.
  • Arabic Speaker is Preferable.
