Civil Senior Engineer

Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for civil works between design teams, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Coordinate and resolve technical issues arising during construction, ensuring alignment with design intent.
- Review and interpret civil/structural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Carry out quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare/verify bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Support tendering, cost analysis, and contract documentation as required.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Monitor site progress and provide technical support for construction activities.
- Prepare regular reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders (TAQA, EDF, and project management).
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
