Civil Site Engineer

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth execution of work.
• Check materials and workmanship to maintain quality control.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Assist in planning work schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Manage and verify measurements for billing and quantity estimation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
• Handle any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
• Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 1–5 years (varies by role)
• Preferred: Experience in building, road, or infrastructure projects

Pay: ₹15,552.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
