Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a solid foundation in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE, specifically in Dubai, with an emphasis on residential villas. The applicant must demonstrate a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.
Key Duties:
- Oversee the construction of villas in line with approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
- Efficiently manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Address any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.
- Coordinate the handover of completed works to clients and ensure the completion of necessary rectification works, as per project specifications.
- Inspect materials and ongoing work for compliance with specified requirements.
- Provide information regarding variation orders and site instructions.
- Offer measurement and valuation, in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor when appropriate.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience: Required UAE experience in the construction of Residential Villas.
Strong communication skills.
