Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage construction activities on-site, ensuring project completion within scope, time, and budget. The candidate will supervise site work, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety and quality standards, and resolve any on-site issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor and ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, material reconciliation, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being executed correctly.
• Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory control.
• Resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support to the project team as required.
• Participate in project meetings and report progress to the project manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with high rise building experience
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality management standards.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
