Civil Site Engineer

Job summary

The Civil Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site construction activities for data center projects. This role involves ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities related to civil construction to ensure adherence to design and project specifications.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and processes meet the required standards and specifications.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to align construction procedures with project objectives.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate or data center sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
