Job summary

Seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in the Industrial, Road, Highways, and Oil & Gas sectors. The position requires site-based work and involves managing project execution, quality control, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Coordinate and oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient and timely project execution while adhering to design specifications and safety standards.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all site activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards, maintaining safety and environmental protocols.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in civil site engineering within relevant industries.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for project management and design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial, Road, Highways, or Oil & Gas projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
