Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Project Manager, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards and company quality procedures.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and other documentation as required.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimum utilization.
• Ensure site safety measures are implemented and followed as per company and client HSE policies.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities and project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding technical and progress matters.
• Identify and report technical issues or design discrepancies to the concerned authority for resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction / waterproofing / infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of drawings, site execution, and quality control.
• Good understanding of HSE practices and site management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (added advantage).
• UAE driving license preferred.
