Civil Site Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ESTIMATION & BILLING ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.

• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct site inspections to assess quality and compliance with design specifications.

• Supervise and manage site labour and subcontractors, ensuring effective utilization of resources.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation, including daily progress reports and material usage records.

• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Identify potential issues or delays and propose solutions to keep the project on track.

• Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety protocols.

• Handle site queries and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

• Assist in cost control and budget management by tracking material usage and labor costs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
