About the Project

Sevenya is a flagship mixed-use development in Raipur that seamlessly blends wellness infrastructure, premium residences, and modern commercial spaces. Designed to redefine urban living, the project emphasizes quality, sustainability, and community wellbeing.

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the project’s on-site execution aligns with design, quality, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
• Monitor project schedules and highlight any potential delays or issues to the project management team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and environmental compliance at site.
• Verify and certify contractor bills and quantities as per actual site progress.
• Manage material requisition, delivery follow-ups, and inventory checks.
• Participate in site meetings, document minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
• Support the project management team in maintaining communication with multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and promote a culture of accountability and efficiency at site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–10 years of experience in civil site supervision for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Experience in wellness-oriented or sustainable projects will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
