Job Opening: Project/Site Engineer – Marble Industry
Location: Abu Dhabi | Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Project/Site Engineer with a strong background in marble and granite works to oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead on-site teams while ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise marble and granite installations, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
• Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD proficiency required).
• Manage manpower, materials, site logistics, and daily operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Track project progress, report on site activity, and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and site protocols.
• Manage documentation including reports(MIR’s and WIR’s), measurements, material deliveries, and schedules.

Requirements:

• Intermediate experience in a similar role in the marble/stone/tile industry within the UAE is a must.
• Strong understanding of drawings and site drawings/planning tools.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence (Mandatory).
• Willingness to travel within UAE as per project requirements.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex site environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference, though not mandatory.
