civil site engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer who has strong expertise in Interior Construction & Fit-out Projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing site execution, material planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily interior site activities, ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare BOQ, material requirements, and ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor project progress, quality checks, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance regulations at the site.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and provide regular project updates.
• Manage work schedules, timelines, and resolve site-related issues effectively.
• Ability to interpret civil & interior drawings (structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of field experience in interior execution or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing work (POP, False Ceiling, Flooring, Paint, Carpentry alignment, Plumbing, Electrical coordination, etc.).
• Ability to handle manpower and multiple site tasks independently.
• Good communication & project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD & project documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
