Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of UAE experience in villa construction projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at site for villa projects.
• Manage and control labor teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, and safety compliance.
• Plan, execute, and achieve project milestones as per approved schedules.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
• Prepare work plans and method statements in coordination with the project team.
• Coordinate and follow up on material deliveries, ensuring availability as per site requirements.
• Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct client meetings, address queries, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in villa construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
