Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Civil Site Engineer responsible for site execution support and maintaining all project-related documentation. The role involves coordinating with site teams, ensuring proper records, and supporting senior engineers in execution and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Site Execution:

• Assist in day-to-day civil works execution at site
• Supervise works as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams
• Monitor daily site progress and report to senior engineers
• Ensure safety practices are followed at site

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
• Maintain material inward/outward registers
• Record labor attendance and productivity reports
• Assist in measurement books (MB) and quantity calculations
• Support billing, BOQ, and RA bill documentation
• Maintain drawings, revisions, and site instructions
• Prepare basic MIS reports using Excel
• Maintain records for quality checks and safety documents

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of civil construction (RCC, masonry, finishing works)
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Good coordination and documentation skills
• Willing to work at site and office-based documentation tasks
• Freshers / junior candidates are welcome

Preferred Skills:

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Familiar with DPR, BOQ, MB, and billing formats
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
