Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer with hands-on experience in on-site construction and structural engineering. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities
• Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records
• Conduct quality and safety inspections at the site
• Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges effectively
• Maintain proper documentation and report regularly to management

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in on-site construction and/or structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of quality control and site safety practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar construction tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
