Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with proven expertise in UAE villa and high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, coordination, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage villa and high-rise construction activities on site
• Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and authority regulations
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and resolve site issues
• Conduct inspections for RCC, finishing, blockwork, waterproofing, and MEP coordination
• Manage material approvals, site measurements, and work quantities
• Ensure quality control and HSE compliance at all stages of construction
• Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections with authorities
• Support project handover and snag-list clearance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in UAE construction projects
• Strong experience in villas and high-rise buildings
• Good knowledge of RCC works, finishes, and construction methodology
• Familiar with UAE authority approvals and site procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities
