Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing villa construction projects, ensuring that all works are executed as per design, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for villa projects.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
• Monitor and control site progress to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress records, and documentation.
• Ensure quality control, health, and safety standards at site.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions when required.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings review.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by UAE authorities).
• 4–5 years of site engineering experience in Abu Dhabi
• Proven experience in villa construction projects
• Strong knowledge of structural and architectural works, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards, municipality regulations, and submission procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
