Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining strict safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards
• Prepare and review site reports, work schedules, and progress updates
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor material usage and site manpower
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Support project planning and cost control activities
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end luxury villa projects.
• Manage all aspects of fit out processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction and fit out process.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Site Engineer
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Familiar with UAE building codes, construction methods, and site safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Villa projects
