Job Description: Site Engineer – Civil

Location: Surat
Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 or 3 years of site experience,

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE) in day-to-day site activities and execution of works.
• Supervise civil construction works on a daily basis as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily site records, including material received, consumed, and balance at site.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety norms and site discipline.
• Carry out cube tests and other material testing (cement, aggregates, concrete, etc.) as per relevant standards.
• Maintain records of test results and submit reports to seniors/ARE.
• Monitor work progress and report any issues, deviations, or delays to the ARE.
• Support quality control and documentation related to site execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and material testing.
• Ability to maintain site records and reports.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
