Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction operations. The candidate will ensure civil works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities: structural works, foundations, and finishing.
• Interpret construction drawings; ensure compliance with shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years experience in high-rise building/tower construction.
• Mega project experience in the Middle East preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
