Site Civil Engineer – Road Construction

We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer specialized in Road Construction Works to join our team in Ajman. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing road construction activities on site, ensuring that all works are executed according to project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage road construction activities including excavation, subgrade, sub-base, base course, asphalt works, and drainage works.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and survey teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and project safety standards.
• Check levels, alignment, and measurements using surveying equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and work schedules.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years of UAE experience in road construction projects.
• Location Preference: Candidates with experience in Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman are preferred.
• Driving License: UAE Driving License preferred.
• Languages: Must be able to communicate in Hindi, Urdu, and English.
• Joining: Immediate joining required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
