Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:
Chimera Builders & Infrastructure LLC is seeking a competent and proactive Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards while meeting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance
• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
• Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment
• Identify and resolve technical issues at the site
• Maintain proper documentation and site records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building and infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations and authority requirements

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
