Go Tech Construction LLC is an unlimited licensed construction company delivering complex institutional, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects throughout the UAE.

With in-house engineering, design coordination, structural, civil and MEP teams, Go Tech provides a vertically integrated approach from concept and design through procurement, site execution, commissioning and handover.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects up to G+4 buildings in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with DM regulations, local codes, and safety standards.
• Review and approve structural and architectural drawings before execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and engineering issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and progress for billing and project reporting.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and site safety measures.
• Attend client, consultant, and authority meetings as required.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, inspection requests, and project documentation.
• Support project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
• Monitor project costs and recommend corrective actions to maintain budget targets.
• Provide technical guidance to site engineers, supervisors, and foremen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 Engineering License.
• Experience in building construction projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and authority procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

License/Certification:

• (G+4) DM license (Required)
