Civil Site Engineer ( Arabic only )

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineers to join our reputable contracting company in the Emirate of Sharjah. The ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the UAE in civil construction projects and possess strong technical and site management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil site works in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team to resolve technical issues.
• Review and prepare shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all construction activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and municipality requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
