Job Description :-

• Site Supervision: Directly oversee all onsite activities, ensuring construction progresses according to project plans and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
• Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any site-related issues.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, including daily updates on task completion, challenges, and resource needs.
• Resource Management: Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in site supervision within the real estate, structural audit, residential, or industrial sectors.
• Education: Master's/Post-Graduation in B.Tech with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial construction projects
• Proficiency in project management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
