Fit-Out Project Supervisor (Civil Works)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience supervising both interior fit-out (civil) and electrical works. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of projects while maintaining site safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Supervision:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate all activities related to interior fit-out and civil works.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring work is done according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to address issues or changes.
• Maintain detailed site records including daily reports, attendance, time sheets, and material usage.
• Ensure timely availability of required materials and site tools; manage stock and deliveries.
• Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays.

Electrical Supervision:

• Supervise all electrical works related to the fit-out project, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and DEWA standards.
• Manage electrical subcontractors and coordinate with civil and design teams to align installations with overall project plans.
• Monitor availability and proper use of electrical materials and tools on-site.
• Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety procedures.
• Report progress and technical challenges to project management regularly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and/or electrical site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, civil and electrical systems.
• Familiar with UAE building codes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with various project stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
