Civil Site Supervisor

On-Site Management:

• Daily Oversight:Oversees and coordinates all on-site construction activities to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Workflow Coordination:Manages the activities of laborers, subcontractors, and other staff to maintain the project schedule and workflow.
• Resource Management:Allocates and manages resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient use and adherence to budget constraints.

Quality and Safety:

• Quality Assurance:Conducts regular inspections to ensure that all work meets required standards and project specifications.
• Safety Compliance:Enforces all safety regulations, building codes, and protocols to create a safe working environment and prevent hazards.
• Compliance:Ensures that all work is completed according to approved plans, blueprints, specifications, and permits.

Communication and Coordination:

• Stakeholder Communication:Acts as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Problem-Solving:Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹49,438.20 per month
