Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per plan
• Manage labor, contractors, and vendors at the site
• Ensure quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines are maintained
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and management
• Maintain daily site progress reports and material records
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification preferred
