Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee interior and construction projects for commercial and residential buildings. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, adherence to project timelines, quality control, and coordination with clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors for timely completion of work
• Monitor quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance with building regulations
• Maintain site records including work progress, material usage, and daily reports
• Ensure timely procurement and proper usage of materials
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and escalate major concerns to management
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budget guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil site supervision
• Hands-on experience in commercial and residential interior projects
• Good understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage teams and ensure timely project delivery
