Civil Site Supervisor – Construction Works

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision – Oversee all construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, concreting, and structural work.
• Workforce Management – Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Quality Control – Ensure construction work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Material & Equipment Handling – Monitor material usage, stock levels, and ensure proper handling of construction equipment.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Progress Monitoring – Track daily work progress, address delays, and report updates to the site engineer or project manager.
• Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve on-site construction issues to avoid project delays.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Communicate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Site Documentation – Maintain records of work completed, material usage, and site reports.
• Inspection & Handover – Assist in site inspections, quality checks, and project handovers upon completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
