Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Civil Site Supervisor (Arabic Speaking) is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications and timelines. The role also involves effective communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and site teams, including Arabic-speaking personnel.
• Allocate tasks and manage site workforce efficiently.
• Monitor daily progress and submit reports to project management.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
• Enforce health and safety regulations at site.
• Identify and resolve site issues and escalate when necessary.
• Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper utilization.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings and materials.
• Good leadership and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE/GCC experience.
• UAE Driving License.
