Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil Structural Engineer to join our team. The role involves planning, designing, and supervising structural systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will ensure safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC, steel, and foundation systems.
• Prepare and review design drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, IRC, NBC, and international standards (as applicable).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress monitoring during execution.
• Provide technical support and solutions for on-site structural challenges.
• Assist in cost estimation, project planning, and tender documentation.
• Ensure safety, durability, and sustainability in all designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred).
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, IS Codes, and building regulations.
• Proficiency in software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit (preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in design and/or construction supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise buildings, bridges, or industrial structures.
• Familiarity with seismic and wind load design.
• Knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling tools.
• Ability to travel to different project sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
