Civil Substation Site Supervision Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee civil works for transmission substations at project sites.

• Ensure all site activities comply with design specifications, project requirements, and

international standards.

• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to resolve civil engineering issues.

• Monitor and maintain quality, safety, and progress on-site.

• Prepare and review technical reports, site documentation, and progress updates.

• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

of civil works.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving skills to address on-site civil engineering challenges.

• Knowledge of relevant international standards (IEEE, IEC, BS).

• Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
