Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil maintenance and construction activities within our facility. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to supervise civil works effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily civil maintenance and construction activities.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and routine civil maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
• Lead and mentor civil technicians and workers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor structural and civil system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, reports, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support mobilization activities by preparing teams, resources, and schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil maintenance/construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil systems, construction practices, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office applications.
• Experience in facilities management or large-scale projects within the GCC region.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for civil works.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise teams effectively under pressure.
