Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of the project with high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil site activities to ensure progress as per schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of works.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Check and verify the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Maintain proper documentation including work inspection reports, material delivery notes, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction / infrastructure / building projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works such as RCC, finishing, structural, and site development activities.
• Familiar with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.
