Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a Civil Supervisor with experience in the interior fit-out industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE and be capable of handling on-site supervision efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil and interior fit-out site activities.
• Ensure work progress as per project schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor labor performance and ensure site safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare daily reports on site progress and materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Civil Supervisor.
• Must have experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and finishing works.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ready to join immediately.
