Job Summary:

The Civil Supervisor will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality, and project specifications. This role involves managing site operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed and materials used.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to construction activities.
• Assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.

Qualifications:

• Diploma Civil or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
